My v Domike is a family project founded by Dmitry Postnov. Behind the team stands a private kindergarten in St. Petersburg and daily work with children, parents and teachers since 2020.

Opened a private kindergarten in St. Petersburg
Small groups, the warm atmosphere of a family home and close attention to every child — that is how our story began.

Daily work with children, parents and teachers
Over five years dozens of families have passed through our kindergarten. We refined how we select, train and onboard our staff.
- 2024
Bringing our philosophy to Alanya
The Postnov family moved to Turkey and saw how Russian-speaking parents in Alanya lacked trustworthy nannies they could confidently leave their child with.
- 2026
Launched the My v Domike agency in Alanya
We brought our kindergarten standards to the selection of nannies, family assistants and governesses for Russian-speaking families in Turkey.
What matters to us
Dmitry is a father of two. His own experience as a parent shaped the company philosophy: treat every family the way we would want our own to be treated.
We verify documents, references and medical certificates for every employee before they start working with a family.
We take each family's rhythm, habits and rules into account and match a person who fits into them.
Every standard — from selection to ongoing support — comes from the hands-on experience of our kindergarten in St. Petersburg.
